Pluton AI: Image Generator Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information 96dev ("Pluton AI", "we", "us", or "our") collects, why we use it, and the choices you have when you use Pluton AI: Image Generator (the "app").
Contact: [email protected]
1. At a glance
Pluton AI lets you create, edit, upscale, explore, save, and manage AI-generated images. To provide these features, we process the information you choose to provide, such as account details, prompts, reference images, generated images, and purchase information. We also collect limited technical information needed to run and secure the app.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use reference images to identify you or create biometric profiles.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in with Google, we may receive your Google account identifier, email address, display name, profile image URL, authentication provider, and sign-in timestamps. We use this information to create your account and sync your images, avatars, credits, and subscription status.
Prompts, images, and AI activity
When you use the app's AI features, we may process:
- prompts, enhanced prompts, and generation settings;
- the model, aspect ratio, resolution, quality, and other options you choose;
- reference images or photos you select for image editing or avatar creation;
- generated, edited, and upscaled images, along with their storage URLs;
- generation status, timestamps, estimated or charged credits, and error details.
Reference images may include people if you choose to upload them. We send the content needed to our backend and AI providers to complete your request. Do not upload an image unless you have the right and permission to use it.
Explore and app activity
We may store information about how you use features, including your generation history, locally saved gallery items, Explore viewing history, favorites, downloads, reports, and app preferences. Explore may display public images, prompts, and metadata provided by Civitai or other public sources.
Device and diagnostic information
We and our service providers may receive limited technical information such as your IP address, device type, operating system, app version, language, approximate region, request timestamps, error logs, and security logs. We use it to connect the app to our services, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and improve reliability.
Purchases and subscriptions
Google Play processes payments made in the Android app. RevenueCat helps us manage purchase entitlements and subscription status. We may receive and store product identifiers, app user identifiers, purchase or subscription identifiers, receipts or purchase tokens, renewal status, billing dates, and credit ledger entries. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
Support and reports
If you contact us or report content, we collect the information you provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, image or account identifiers, and any details needed to respond.
Information stored on your device
The app uses local storage for your session, preferences, generation history, Explore history, downloaded-image metadata, and cached files. This information may remain until you remove it, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and manage your account;
- generate, edit, enhance, upscale, store, and deliver images;
- enhance prompts and estimate or charge credits for requested features;
- sync your private image history, avatars, credits, and subscription access;
- show Explore content and remember your in-app preferences;
- process purchases, restore subscriptions, and prevent billing fraud;
- protect the app, enforce our Terms of Service, and prevent abuse;
- respond to support requests and content reports;
- diagnose errors and improve the app's security and reliability;
- meet legal, tax, accounting, and Google Play requirements.
4. When we share information
We share information only when it is needed to provide a feature, operate the app, protect users, or comply with the law.
Service providers
Our providers include:
- Google, for Google Sign-In and Google Play Billing;
- RevenueCat, for subscription and purchase entitlement management;
- Cloudflare, for backend infrastructure and cloud storage;
- fal.ai and the AI model providers available through it, for prompt enhancement, image generation, image editing, avatar creation, and upscaling;
- Civitai, for public Explore images, prompts, and related metadata.
Depending on the feature you use, these providers may receive prompts, reference images, generated images, account or app user identifiers, purchase data, IP addresses, device information, and request metadata. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy policies.
Legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights and safety of Pluton AI, our users, or others.
Business transfers
If Pluton AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Photos, media, and device permissions
The app may ask for access to photos or media so you can select reference images and save generated images to your device. On supported Android versions, you may be able to select only the photos you want to share. The app also uses internet access to sign in, load Explore content, reach AI services, sync your account, and process purchases.
You can deny or revoke a permission in your device settings. The related feature may then stop working. Images already saved to your device are controlled through your device's Photos, Gallery, or Files app.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here:
- account information is generally kept while your account is active;
- cloud images, prompts, avatars, and related generation records may be kept until you delete them or delete your account;
- purchase, subscription, and credit records may be kept as required for billing, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance;
- support messages, reports, and security logs are kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue, protect the service, or meet legal requirements;
- local data remains on your device until you remove it, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
Limited records may remain in secure backups or be retained where required by law, billing obligations, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention.
7. Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your Pluton account from Me > Delete account in the app. This deletes your account and associated cloud data, including cloud images, avatars, activity, credits, and Pluton subscription records, subject to the limited retention described above.
Deleting your account does not delete images already saved to your device. Delete those through your device's Photos, Gallery, or Files app.
Deleting your Pluton account also does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play to prevent future charges.
You can also ask to access, correct, export, or delete your information by emailing [email protected] from the address connected to your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls, to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security.
9. International data processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Data protection laws may differ between countries. We take reasonable steps to handle information as described in this Policy and as required by applicable law.
10. Children
Pluton AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, email [email protected] so we can review and delete it where required.
Users must not upload, request, create, or share content that sexually exploits, endangers, or harms minors.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact [email protected] to make a request. We will respond as required by applicable law.
12. Third-party content and links
The app may show public content or links from third parties. We do not control their privacy practices. Review the relevant third party's policy before providing information to it.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the app or legal requirements change. If an update materially affects your rights, we will provide a reasonable notice in the app, on our website, or through another appropriate method. The date at the top shows when this Policy was last updated.
